Team myXP

Executive Director

Tyler Drewitz

  • Tyler is an Executive Pastor (XP) who has served in the role for the last 15+ years and loves it. Where most people’s eyes glaze over at the first mention of expense management, strategic planning, and hospitality ministries, he and the myXP team get excited in the same way a preacher does in the pulpit.

After a successful run in the secular marketplace doing exactly this kind of thing, Tyler discovered that where he really came alive was when he used his God-given gifts in the service of His church. He has a deep conviction that details matter greatly and that it’s critical we honor God and the people we serve with excellence in these areas.

Tyler has been blessed to serve as an XP in a variety of churches, both as a lay leader and as a full-time vocational pastor. He spent seven years as the XP in a church plant in the Midwest, spent 18 months as XP of a church of 1,000+ people in the South, and in the winter of 2017 moved across the country and serves as an XP at a new church plant in Salt Lake City, UT. He is also the co-host of From the Field Podcast, a podcast helping ministry leaders think differently, thrive personally, and lead thoughtfully. What he's most grateful for about these varied experiences is that he understands the practicalities of getting a new church up and running smoothly, and he recognizes how to best serve a rapidly-growing, established church as well.

Tyler's heart is to come alongside you and your church through myXP to help you build the most faithful and fruitful church possible.

Support Team

Mackenzie Morey

  • Mackenzie has been serving in ministry for over 10 years, primarily in the area of operational and administrative conference and event planning. She is highly detailed-oriented, enjoying tasks that most others do not. Her focus is to keep missionaries on mission through operational support.

She and her husband Mike met Pastor Ryan and Pastor Tyler eight years ago and began serving in an administrative capacity for the local church. Great friendship alongside a great working relationship led her to join the myXP Support team. Mackenzie’s desire is to amplify her own skills to support local churches and pastors so that they too can maximize their unique strengths.

Board of Directors

Ryan Huguley

  • Ryan is a church planter, preacher, and author with 17 years of ministry experience. He spent his early ministry years as a worship pastor before planting Redemption Bible Church in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. He then spent a year and a half pastoring a larger existing church in North Carolina. After 15 months, this church had added over 300 people and had extended its reach in numerous ministry initiatives.

In 2017, Ryan published 8 Hours Or Less: Writing Faithful Sermons Faster with Moody Publishers. He also co-hosts the “From The Field” podcast.

Ryan and his family are currently starting Formation Church in Salt Lake City, UT, the 5th fastest growing city in America, where less than 3% of the population are evangelical Christians.

Ryan has been married to his wife, Tami since 2005 and they have three children.

Ryan’s passion for myXP is to help other pastors and churches maximize their effectiveness the way he has experienced in his own ministry through the support of a dedicated Executive Pastor like Tyler.

Diane Rivers

  • Diane is a 5th-generation Floridian now living her dream in the Blue Ridge mountains of North Carolina. She is a Christ follower, wife, mom, and retired FBI agent.

A graduate of the University of Florida, Diane spent the early part of her career in advertising, public relations, and association management in Miami, New Orleans, and Washington, DC before setting her sights on the FBI. She was appointed a Special Agent, graduated from the FBI Academy, and was transferred to the Midwest, where she worked most of her law enforcement career.

After 21 years as a “Fed”, Diane went the self-employment route as a Corporate Security Investigator for a large insurance company in Chicago. In 2018, she finally packed up and left the frigid North for the beauty of the mountains. Diane is now completing her certification as a Blue Ridge Naturalist through the NC Arboretum and is Associate Director of Waterfall Keepers of NC. She is an avid nature photographer, hiker, kayaker, writer, and poet, encountering our beautiful God in His creation and among His people.

Dr. Zach Sikora

  • Zach was born and raised in the Chicago suburbs. He graduated from DePaul University with a degree in Industrial/Organizational psychology and went on to earn Masters and Doctorate degrees in Clinical Psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology. His clinical experience spans a decade and ranges across many settings including state mental health facilities, university counseling centers, behavioral health hospitals, and primary care centers.

Zach is passionate about supervising therapists in training and served as Training Director in Psychology as well as Adjunct Instructor in Psychology. Currently, he practices as a Clinical Psychologist and Medical Director of Psychology at Northwestern Medicine in the suburbs of Chicago. He also maintains a private practice in the same area. In addition to his clinical work, he is passionate about de-stigmatizing mental health, especially within the Christian Church. Zach has spoken many times in the community on a variety of mental health topics, was featured on Chicago News TV, and quoted in the New York Times.

Zach came to the Lord at 19 years of age. Since then he has served the church in a variety of capacities including youth ministry, worship ministry, and elder. Zach and his wife, Elizabeth have been married since 2005 and have two boys.

Zach’s passion for MyXP is to provide guidance and accountability to Tyler as he assists Lead Pastors in their efforts in building their ministries, especially in the area of pastor self-care and mental health.
